Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for our own negligence causing personal injury during a treatment we actually provide, which is instead governed by the separate treatment agreement you sign before surgery.

Any dispute arising from your use of this website that isn't resolved directly with us is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your own country.
